Crouch Neighbourhood Resource Centre

 

Crouch was our first pilot project for a pop-up community market during the 2021 growing season. It was so successful that we expanded the project to 3 other community resource centres in the 2022 season.

In the 2022 growing season, we distributed 2,582 pounds of produce through Crouch’s pop-up produce market! The pop-up market was during the months of July to October for a total of 16 markets! Crouch served 858 individuals and 398 families. 

 

Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre

 

In the 2022 growing season, we distributed 2,860 pounds of produce through Glen Cairn’s community market. The community market was during the months of July to October for a total of 14 markets! Glen Cairn served 1,244 individuals and 382 families.

Northwest London Resource Centre

 

In the 2022 growing season, we distributed 560 pounds of produce through NWLRC’s community market. The community market was during the months of July to September for a total of 10 markets! NWLRC served 511 individuals and 146 families.

LUSO Community Services

 

In the 2022 growing season, we distributed 2,390 pounds of produce through LUSO’s community market. The community marker was during the months of July to October for a total of 7 markets! LUSO served 839 individuals and 225 families.

Glen Cairn Public School

 

We expanded our community pop-up markets in the 2023 season to have eight markets that distributed 8,697 pounds of produce in total!

 

Over the 2023 growing season, 75 individuals and 75 families were served at our Glen Cairn Public School community market. That’s 889 pounds of produce distributed over four monthly markets!

St. Mark’s

 

In the 2023 growing season, we distributed 481 pounds of produce through St. Mark’s community market. The community market was during the months of May to October for a total of six monthly markets! St. Mark’s served 716 individuals and 188 families.

VON

 

Over the 2023 growing season, 268 individuals were served at our VON community market. That’s 916 pounds of produce distributed over five monthly markets!

London InterCommunity Health Centre

 

Partnering with London InterCommunity Health Centre in the 2023 season, we served 482 households between their three locations! That’s 614 pounds of fresh, URL produce going to community members all throughout London.
