If you’re looking to get involved with Urban Roots London, there are opportunities for every skill and ability. Our community and their support are the reason we’re able to continue our mission to revitalize underused land and distribute fresh produce through our model of thirds.

Volunteering

A big part of what makes Urban Roots London work is the many generous volunteers who give their spare time. Volunteers can get involved in several ways, including:

Employment

Urban Roots London employs several full-time staff, including a Director of Farm Operations, Director of Organizational Development, Outreach Coordinator, and Farm Team Lead. We also hire seasonal positions each spring to help support our peak growing season. Urban Roots London values a dedicated team that is committed to our goal of producing a bountiful harvest of high-quality, diverse and culturally sensitive fruits, vegetables, and herbs for our community and in support of the local food system.
